Spells & Magic

Priests
There are two types of priests in the world of Aeden. Ones that worship Shukah (Good) or Eisi (Evil), who are restricted greatly in their actions, but have access to major spheres of divine magic, and ones that worship the gods of man, who are less restricted in their actions, but only have access to minor spheres. Sample spheres include:

    Shukah: All, Healing
    Eisi: All, Necromancy

Wizards
TEXT

Specialists
There are no specialist wizards in Aeden.

Druids
There are no druids in Aeden, however the Manuka mages tend towards using more spheres that relate to the outdoors and natural surroundings than other mages.

Bards
There are no bards as a separate class in Aeden. Bards do exist, but are more likely to be multi-class or dual-class Rogues/Wizards or Rogues/Priests than anything else.

Rangers
Rangers exists as normal, but their spell-casting ability comes from a god of man (therefore is limited to minor spheres of divine magic).

Illusions
We will use D&D3 rules ASAP, until then, illusions will be adjudicated by the DM.

Anti-Magic
This is always an interesting area. Because magic in Aeden is more of an art than a science, there is no clear indication what happens when something anti-magical meets something magical. Anything could (and might just) happen.

Magical Skills
STILL TO COME
